Apprenticeship administration and grant services for organizations nationwide

ANI handles registered apprenticeship administration, grant writing, and workforce development for employers, government agencies, and workforce partners.

Apprenticeships are not reaching everyone

Only 3.5% of construction apprentices from 2010 to 2019 were women. Thats despite women making up 10.9% of the construction workforce. Minority groups end up in lower-paying occupations and finish at lower rates than white apprentices.

Pennsylvania has under 19,000 active apprentices right now. Nationwide the number is 636,000. Less than 1% of the state workforce is in a registered apprenticeship. ANI works with employers to change that by building programs and finding funding to support a more diverse workforce.

Services

We handle the parts of running an apprenticeship program that most employers do not want to build from scratch.

Apprenticeship Administration

Federal and state data entry into RAPIDS, apprentice file storage, tracking systems, and certificate distribution. We keep the paperwork moving so you dont have to.

Grant Writing

Full writing services from the intake questionnaire through the final submission. We target grants of $1.5M or more and charge a flat fee plus a percentage of what gets awarded.

Employer Benefits

WOTC tax credits, WIOA wage reimbursements, and Federal Bonding. We help employers figure out what funding they qualify for and how to access it.

Train the Trainer

Monthly program where experienced workers learn how to train apprentices on the job. No classroom theory. Just practical skills transfer.

Apprenticeships Now International LLC

We are a DOL-registered apprenticeship sponsor. We have registered more than 30 occupations across 20-plus employers for state and federal registered apprenticeship programs, including non-traditional roles like Software Engineer and Marine Technician.

Our team has worked with the U.S. Department of Labor, the Urban Institute, and the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry on registered apprenticeship development and research.
