There is a $500 per apprentice service charge on top of the package price. If you need multiple occupations or multi-state support you need the premium package. Programs with over 1,000 apprentices cost more.
What each service covers
Federal Data Management
We enter data into the RAPIDS database for OA/RA program compliance tracking and reporting.
State Data Management
We handle data entry to state databases for registered apprenticeship program administration.
Apprentice File Storage
We store apprentice records electronically and physically for 5 years.
Apprentice Tracking System
Custom forms for tracking Related Technical Instruction and On-the-Job Training competency.
Employer Benefits
WOTC wage reimbursements, WIOA tax credits, and Federal Bonding tuition funding.
Federal Grant Support
Grant management support for up to two federal grant programs.
State Grant Support
Unlimited grant management support for state grant programs.
Train the Trainer Program
Monthly T3 program where skilled workers learn how to train apprentices.
Certificate Distribution
We mail out completion certificates to apprenticeship graduates.
Other services
Grant Writing
Full grant writing for single or multiple applications. $7,000 per application plus 5% of the award.
Grant Management
Post-award reporting, audit support, and file management for up to 100 participants.
Concierge Services
Business solutions around federal government funding and private procurement.
Custom Program Development
We build registered apprenticeship programs for occupations we have not registered yet, including non-traditional fields.
