About Apprenticeships Now International
We are a DOL-registered apprenticeship sponsor. We handle the administrative side of registered apprenticeship programs and write grants for organizations that need funding.
What We Do
We have registered more than 30 occupations across 20-plus employers for state and federal registered apprenticeship programs. That includes traditional trades and non-traditional roles like Software Engineer, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Marine Technician, and EMS.
Some of the companies we have worked with include Ocean Spray Cranberries, Bosch Rexroth, Manitowoc, and Cetronia Ambulance Corps. Our team has also provided guidance to the U.S. Department of Labor, the Urban Institute, and the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry.
On the grant writing side we have a 100% success rate. We charge a flat fee plus a percentage of the award and target grants of $1.5 million or more per application.
How we work with employers
- DesignWe build programs that meet DOL standards and match what the industry actually needs.
- RegisterWe handle the DOL paperwork so the program gets officially recognized.
- RunApprentices get paid while they learn. We track progress and handle compliance.
- FinishApprentices get nationally recognized credentials. Employers keep trained workers.
Who is on the team

Between all of us we have over 75 years of experience in workforce development, HR, grant writing, education, and program administration. One of our team members led a project that got recognized at the White House. Another has been published in the New York Times and The Times of London. Someone else trained alongside people from Barbara Corcorans network and was featured in the Entrepreneur on Fire book series.
Our founder used to work inside the Pennsylvania Apprenticeship and Training Office running their programs before starting ANI. That means we know how the system works from the inside. We have presented our work at conferences in London and across the country.
